Delivery Policy

White Wall Clothing Company will dispatch all products in secure packaging and under recorded postage.

You can expect your products to arrive in between 3 and 5 working days. If you are wanting delivery outside of the United Kingdom you can expect your products to arrive in between 7 to 15 days, depending on the location.

Returns Policy

To return your White Wall Clothing Company purchase simply return it to us in the same condition as you received it, with all tags and packaging in place, this applies to both in store & online purchases. Please ensure you bring your proof of purchase receipt or packing slip as a refund cannot be issued without proof of purchase. ** Please note:- It is the customers responsibility to ensure they are completely satisfied with the condition of the product/s purchased before removing any tags and/or wearing the item/s. Items will not be accepted as damaged or faulty if the tags have been removed or item/s have been worn after purchase ). Items must NOT return smelling of washing powder, perfume or smoke and must NOT be soiled with makeup or pet hairs.

In making a return, you will be liable for the postage. Please make sure to retain proof of postage.

White Wall Clothing Company cannot accept responsibility for any parcels lost in transit to the Returns Centre. Please remember, we can only issue you with a refund if the returned product concerned is in the same condition it was received in.

Free shipping- Please note that Free shipping only qualifies for orders over £50. If an item/items are returned which reduces the amount of the original order to less than the £50 limit, then the postage costs (2nd class £3.49) will be deducted from the refund amount, as the original order would no longer qualify for Free shipping.

Online, mail or phone orders are subject to a 14 day return policy. The customer must inform White Wall Clothing Company that they wish to return the item within 14 days of receipt of the item. **Please note the 14 day return policy for online orders selected for collection in store start the first open day of the store selected for collection** Subject to an inspection of the returned item White Wall Clothing Company will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. Online orders returned to the store in person by the customer will be refunded using the option in which the item/s were originally purchased ( e.g Card payment, PayPal ) Exchanges or credit notes in store cannot be given for online purchases which have been returned. The customer will be refunded in line with our returns policy and receive an email confirming the refund payment.

In store purchases are subject to a 7 day return policy. The customer must inform White Wall Clothing Company that they wish to return the item within 7 days of receipt of the item. Subject to an inspection of the returned item White Wall Clothing Company will issue a refund within 7 days of receipt of the returned item. If the in store purchase is returned between 8 to 14 days, a one time non-returnable exchange can be made in store subject to an inspection on the the original returned item.

** Please note all SALE items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We will not return items back to the customer if they have been returned to our store. We will hold the item for 14 days only for the customer to collect**
